Richard Gerstner, American Artist, April 1947
   Gerstner's last traveling show was of Vietnamese orphans and street people. The medium was Photographic Silkscreens that were produced from black and white photos taken by the artist in and around Ha Noi in September of 1994. The show opened at the Senate Russell Building in Washington D.C. with Hilary Clinton as the host and Kodak as the Corporate Sponsor. The show traveled the East coast and various exhibitions across the country and ended 1997. For more information Go Here.
   Since then Richard has concentrated on his website design and construction business, but is now planning to spend the balance of his life concentrating on the creation of original art. To get his feet wet he has started with pen and ink drawing. What follows are examples of works that have been created from June 2007.
